Crossing Borders Migrantour offers, in collaboration with Send Flere Krydderier, a guided tour in combination with a dinner. Send Flere Krydderier which means ‘Send more spices’ in Danish is a socio-economic restaurant, with the aim of creating jobs for immigrant and ethnic minority women. The food served at Send Flere Krydderier reflects the diversity of the restaurant. As the tour helps enable migrant citizens to tell their story of the city, Send Flere Krydderier empowers through food. As a social space.
