Migrantour Copenhagen

Say Hello to our
Intercultural Companions!

Our guides are more than storytellers, they are cultural bridges. Each of them brings their own unique background, lived experience, and perspective, turning every walk into a journey of discovery and dialogue!

Dania (She/Her)

Dania

Origin: Greece/ Palestine

Languages: Greek, English

Dania is an intercultural companion with Migrantour Copenhagen by Crossing Borders. With a strong interest in storytelling, migration, and intercultural dialogue, she invites participants to explore Copenhagen through diverse perspectives. By sharing lived experiences and local histories, she creates meaningful encounters that highlight how migration and diversity continue to shape the city’s culture and identity. Originally from Greece and Palestine, Dania brings her own migrant journey into the tours she leads.

Rue (She/They)

Rue

Origin: Lebanon

Languages: English, Arabic, Danish

Rue guides because, as an asylum seeker, they deeply value the lives of immigrants and want to ensure these stories are seen and respected. A talented performer, Rue uses their tours to show that immigrant lives matter and deserve equal respect. Nørrebro is their favorite neighborhood in Denmark.

Fatema (She/Her)

Fatema

Origin: Denmark, Iran/Iraq

Languages: Arabic, English, Danish

Fatema sees Migrantour as more than just a city walk — it’s about telling the stories of thousands of migrants who have left their homes to pursue new lives. She has a background in Middle Eastern Studies, works as a certified translator, and is the founder of CULTUR. With over 10 years of experience in cross-cultural intelligence, she brings empathy and insight to her tours. Outside of guiding, she enjoys boxing, dancing, yoga, and connecting with people.

Cuchili (She/Her)

Cuchili

Origin: Sudan

Languages: Arabic, English, Danish

Cuchili leads Migrantour because she believes in the power of cultural exchange and storytelling to break down barriers and build understanding. As a creative writer, she uses guiding to represent her background and reveal Copenhagen’s hidden layers through stories.
